  • Allotment will be done once a Year only in the month of April (Ramnavmi Session)
  • Cut of month for receipt of donation at Delhi Office is Ramnavmi Session - By March.
  • Permanent Donor is a person who donates for five years at once.
  • Only permanent donors will be allotted a particular school for 5 years.
  • For others donors allotment for a particular school will be only for one year.
 
Allotment Policy in details

Donor
1) Permanent Donor
    A) Permanent Donor is a person who donates for five years at once for any number of schools.
    B) Permanent donor is allotted a particular school for 5 years.  
2) New Donor 
    A) The Donor who has donated for first time and only for one year.
    B) Any present running school or new school will be allotted. 
3) Old Donor
    A) The Donor who has discontinued in-between and donates later in any year.
    B) He will be treated as new donor for allotment. 
4) Renewal Donor
    A) The Donor whose donation has come in due time of renewal
    B) Same school will be renewed.
5) Waitlist Donor
    A) The Donor who is not been allotted school due to Preferred State (PST) or any other reason.
    B) This Donor will be allotted school in next session. 
6) Dropout Donor
    A) The Donor who has not renewed.
    B) Will not be allotted school.

School
1) New School: School opened in current session 
2) Old School: School which is already running. 
3) Closed School : School which is closed. 
4) SSP School : School which is Self Supporting within the State. 
5) NSP School : Nationally sponsored school  
6) MTS School : School which is Matured means completed 5-6 yrs.
 
Policy

2) Cut of month - For receipt of donation at Delhi Office cut of month is Ramnavmi Session - By March
3) Preferred State (PST)
A donor can give choice for any 2 preferred states. Reason if we can't allocate the school in first preferred state we will allocate in his 2nd preferred state.  If we are not able to comply both the choice, donor will be informed accordingly.  
4) MTS Schools: These schools will not be allotted to any outside Donor. It will be managed by local donors (SSP).
5) Schools in Memory of: Any number of schools by one donor can give only one name for in honor of.
    E.g. One Donor donating 10 schools and asking for two different names to be put 'In Honor Of', it is not possible.   Reason: Software does not provide such facilities while printing labels or other information.   
6) Renewal of Schools: We will put all our efforts to renew the same school to the renewal Donor, But if in case of any unavoidable circumstances for reallocation, we will inform the reason to the renewal Donor.
