Who gives training to the Teacher? How much training is given to him during a period of one year?

  • Project area Training Team gives the training to the Teachers:
    1. 5 Days Initial Training (Prathamic Varg) in the beginning
    2. Every six months 10 days Training (Abhyas Varg)
    3. Every month 1 day (24 hrs.) Monthly Training

What are the arrangements for the training of the Training Team?

  • Every six months 10 days training by the Master trainers in Training program (Naipunya Varg)

At the central level, who monitors the training and syllabus?

  • Central Experts Committee: The Central Education Committee imparts training twice in a year to the Master trainer (Regional Training Team) in the 10 days Central training programs (Nishnath Varg)

  • Yearly twice - Evaluation Meetings at Regional Level & direct visits by the C.E. Committee

What are the arrangements to train the full-time workers?

  • At Central level Zone-wise 5 days Concept Training twice in a year
  • Similarly, at Project Area level 5 days Full-Timer Training twice in a year

  • Yes, at the central level NCERT (National Council of Educational Research Training): A service organization established 75 year back with the blessing of Mahatma Gandhi - Gram Bal Siksha Kendra, Kosbad near Mumbai
