Make Every Step Count

- Anya and Anwita
We are Anya and Anwita and we are proud members of the Amudhasri Dance School. We have been learning Bharatanatyam for several years and are currently juniors in high school. We are fortunate enough to have opportunities through dance that have enabled us to give back to our community. September 17th, 2022 marks the day our dance journeys have reached a big milestone, our Arangetram, so we wanted to make this day as impactful as possible. We chose to donate all our proceeds to Ekal Abhiyan, an organization that brings education and empowerment to remote, rural India. Every time we travel to India, we are frequently struck by the dire circumstances that many uneducated rural Indians must endure. This program reaches out to the most remote, rural, and tribal villages, ensuring every family's children receive a proper education.
