All because of the efforts of Arogya wing of Ekal that educated the residents of the village to make soak pits, use mosquito nets and keep their area clean. Now every household is connected with the soak pit. The village is about 70 km from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.

There are about 35 houses in TareganTola. There are about 20 soak craters. Each house is connected to the Sokhata crater. The water used for daily routines like bathing, washing dishes, washing clothes etc. has been arranged in such a way that it does not flow in the drain or does it accumulate on the road. All goes safely into the soak pit.

This hamlet has toilets in every house, so there is a nutrition garden in every house. Papaya, shrimp, Nenuva, Pumpkin, Tomato, Bean, Bodi, Parwal, Potato, Hock, Bamboo etc. are produced in the nutrition garden.
