Ekal youth's Express Yourself Awards

EKAL Youth Team’s Express Yourself Awards ceremony and finale was a great event. The youth not only received a lot of excellent feedback but also raised about $1600 from their maiden effort.

Blood donation camp by Bangalore Yuva

The Youth Wing of Bangalore Chapter organized a blood donation camp on the 15th of August, 2021 on the occasion of the 75th Indian Independence Day as a small contribution to mankind and collected 287 Units of Blood. It's a great achievement of Ekal Yuva Bangalore. This was organised with the help of Bangalore Medical Services Trust (BMST), HCG Hospitals, Rashtrotthana Blood Centre and Narayana Health.

Blood donation camp by Surat Yuva

A Blood Donation Camp was organized by Ekal Yuva, Surat and Shantam. Donors were rewarded with gifts. Surat's DCP graced the event with his presence.

Ekal Yuva, Indore celebrated 75th Independence day at one of the ShabriBasti followed by a cultural program by the children of the Basti.

Ekal Gramothan Foundation has been conferred with the CFBP Jamnalal Bajaj Uchit Vyavahar Puraskar 2020-21 for social development and community service.

One more EOW for Hyderabad region

To empower Tribal children with modern education, Ekal On Wheels (EOW) was launched under Ekal Gramothan foundation of India in Narayanamaa engineering college in Hyderabad.  Donated by SBI card, this vehicle will travel to Nvapetin, Mahboob Nagar. The vehicle has nine laptops that can train 18 children at one time.
2 EOWs that were launched earlier is already going around Kamareddy and Amrabad villages, through which about 2000 tribal children are benefited to date.

Master G project was launched at khargone GRC

Master G project was successfully launched at khargone GRC by the coordination of  Ekal Yuva National Chairperson Ms Neha Mittal, project supervisor Ms Sushma Choudhary and  Shri Atul Gupta, local samiti heads Ms Divya and Shri Ajit, karyakarta Shri Dilip , Ekal Yuva Volunteers Ms Sarita Mundra, Ms Chetna Jain along with the blessings of All India EGF president Shri Chinu Jindal.

Vanyatra by Ekal Yuva of Surat

Ekal Yuva Surat organized Vanyatra with 58 youth members to the Nayanmay forests of Tapi district of South Gujarat on 14th August 2021.
In the first phase of the journey, all the members visited the Ekal Vidyalaya running in Kosimda village of Gaumukh zone. Later they visited a project of  EKAL in GRC where women and children of the village are being trained in sewing, knitting and computer.

Virtual vanyatra of Keral villages

Due to Covid surge in Kerala, a virtual vanayathra was organized on 1st September in four vidyalays-  Edathil vidyalaya, Wayanad, Pambanar vidyalaya, Idukki, Puttadu vidyalaya, Wayanad, Keezhanthoor vidyalaya, Idukki. to celebrate Jenmashtami with Ekal children.
