EKAL booth at BMM team of volunteers from NJ

EKAL booth at BMM team of volunteers from NJ, had an awesome time representing EKAL at BMM (Bruhan Maharashtra Mandal ) Convention held at Atlantic city, NJ for 3 days - 12/13/14th of August. This was attended by more than 4000 people from different parts of USA.  Smt Shilpa Satav from central NJ , Shri Parmesh from Mahwah chapter, Shri Ramesh from Wayne chapter, Shri Makarand Abhyankar from Staten Island, Shri Sandip from South Jersey along with Smt Subodhini and Smt Prajna were part of this enthusiastic team manning the Ekal booth on different days. Smt Shilpa did smooth coordination connecting with all volunteers in the team. The volunteers used their laptops to project short Ekal success stories and movies on the screen in the booth. That attracted many people to the booth.  They collected more than $5000 in donations and some pledges.

Next BMM convention in 2024 is in San Francisco, CA 

Kids Talent Show organized by youth of Ekal Ranchi

Kids Talent Show was organized by the youth wing Ekal Future of EkalAbhiyan,  at Ascot International School, Bharat Mata Chowk, Ranchi, on 29th July, in which children from Nursery to 12th exhibited their talent as part of an awareness program for Ekal. The entire team of Ekal Future Ranchi and Ascot International School contributed a lot in making the program a success.

31 students were awarded with certificates on successfully completing tailoring training program at Skill Development Center Vikarabad, Telangana, run by Ekal Gramothan Foundation.

Marketing support for Ekal Gramotthan Foundation, Surat Chapter

West Zone Chairman Shri Vinod Agarwal along with Shri Dushyant Parikh from Ahmedabad and his wife Smt Bela Parikh visited Gramothan centre in Songadh on 5th August.

Shri Dushyant Parikh runs a business Creative Artisan Pvt.Ltd. through which he buys products from villages and sell it throughout India and ab India and abroad. He said he will help the designed costumes produced from Ekal Gramothan Centre, Songadh to find a market

Inaugural function of Dilipbhai Champaneria Digital Training Center in Jhadol near Udaipur on August 7. Shri Dilipbhai passed away due to Covid in December 2020 in Delaware; his family and friends had set up DIY campaign and raised fund for the center.

Vanyatra by Ekal, Jabalpur team

Vanbandhu Parishad Jabalpur Chapter conducted Vanyatra on July 24. The new members of Jabalpur chapter and the office bearers of the chapter including donors visited Harduli village of Bargi Sanch. They witnessed the live class took by the acharya Kusum didi.
