This intensive workshop will provide Middle and Early High School students a rigorous 4-week curriculum where they will develop public speaking and forensics skills such as Cross Examination, Case-Writing, and Response skills that will prepare them for successful Public Forum Debate careers at the Middle and High School Level. They will apply these skills practically on the last day of the workshop, facing pairs of other students in a 3-round interworkshop tournament judged by a group of Varsity Public Forum Debaters. Students should preferably have a partner in mind before they register, since Public Forum is a partnered debate format.
