About the Teachers:
Meera Kochhar, a senior at Lake Mary High School in Orlando, FL, is the organizer and lead instructor of the "Spanish for Beginners" Workshop. She has learned Spanish for the past 6 years; passed college-level courses in Spanish language, literature, and culture with near-perfect scores and all "A"s; privately tutored students in Spanish for 4 years; and is almost as fluent as a native-born Spanish speaker as she can sustain long conversations with anyone and can read novels in Spanish.
Her friend Dariel Gonzalez Garcia, a native Spanish speaker who lives in Puerto Rico (but previously lived in the U.S.), will also teach you guys to maximize your learning as you also get insight into Spanish from a native-speakers perspective. He has also excelled in college-level courses in Spanish and tutored students in Spanis
