Airport pick up

• Once you have cleared customs and/or collected your luggage please contact the hotel at 416-675-0411 or toll free at 1-866-675-0411 for pick up.
• Proceed to Post S5 at Terminal 1 of ground level, or Post G43 at Terminal 3 of arrivals level to meet the shuttle. Kindly reconfirm the location with Front Desk Agent during the phone call, as airport can implement last-minute changes.
• For arranging airport drop-off after your stay, please advise Front Desk Agent upon check-in.

Visa: Visa not required for US Citizens, but all others should check in the country of Origin and get it from there.

Cancellation Policy:
All guestrooms must be reserved and picked up by August 31st, 2018 pior to arrival. ALL guestrooms must be guaranteed for late arrival by individual's credit card number. Check in time is after 3:00 PM and checkout time is before 12:00 PM. Notification of individual cancellations must be received by the hotel before 4pm on scheduled day of arrival. A NO-SHOW charge of one night's room and tax will be invoiced to the company or to the individuals' credit card if no notice is given to hotel prior to 4pm on day of arrival.
